2. Spending Limits
2.1 Mandatory Limits
• We do not accept credit card payments exceeding £250 per month per player
• Credit cards are not accepted for any instant win competitions
2.2 Player-Set Limits
• You can set a personal monthly spending limit at any time
• You may choose any limit, including £0 to pause participation
• Once set, the limit cannot be exceeded until the next calendar month
• Requests to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period
• Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately
We also monitor overall account spending to help ensure play remains responsible and proportionate.
3. Account Pausing, Suspension, and Closure
We provide flexible options to help you manage your play.
3.1 Short-Term Pause
You may pause your account for a short period, such as 1 to 4 weeks. During this time:
• You cannot enter any competitions
• You will not receive promotional emails, texts, or notifications
3.2 Temporary Suspension
You may request a longer suspension of at least 6 months. During suspension:
• All participation is blocked
• Marketing and promotional messages are stopped
• Your account history is securely stored if you choose to return
3.3 Permanent Closure
You may permanently close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Your details will be securely removed from active systems in line with data protection requirements
• Any unfulfilled entries or pending prizes will be processed before closure
4. Monitoring for Player Safety
We use internal checks to identify potential signs of risky or harmful play, including:
• Frequent spending close to set limits
• Rapid increases in ticket purchases
• Repeated requests to change limits or reopen accounts
• Signs of distress or changes in communication
If concerns are identified, we may contact you to discuss responsible play options or apply additional protective measures.

We encourage all players to set limits that fit comfortably within their personal budget.
